UPPER PARDO 570

The wonderful building Upper Pardo 570, is found in the city of Lima, Peru, located in the heart of Miraflores. Today, Miraflores is a prosperous neighbourhood with a high commercial, cultural and tourist turnover, where Peru’s colonial history and a modern property development come together to make it one of the capital’s most attractive places.

This detached building comprises 24 storeys, with a total of 284 apartments spanning 60 to 140 m2, built according to the highest quality and safety standards.
