This project comprises modules of courtyard-type houses, lending exclusivity and comfort. It features a series of terraces constructed on sloping terrain, turning all the homes into vantage points, thus, making the most of the beautiful views of the sea.
Mareas Boutique Beach Club features the best finishes. For all the doors and windows, Thermia AF35 and Thermia AF52 European systems were chosen in the areas of casement windows, and Thermia CF26 and Thermia CR31 for the sliding screens. The entire profiling has been treated with an 8017 matte brown finish under the European Qualicoat seal.
