LIFE 27 BUILDING

The property project Life L27 is based on the concept “vivir, vivir más” (live, live more). This building is constructed on a plot spanning 1600 m2, strategically located in the exclusive district that is home to one of Latin America’s most important financial centres, San Isidro (in the city of Lima), also known as the district where everything is close by.

Thermia Barcelona guaranteed the silence and comfort of all the homes, offering the installation of airtight aluminium windows and doors..

For sliding openings the series Thermia CF26 and Thermia CF31 was proposed, according to the dimensions of each structure. While for casement openings, the series Thermia AF52 was put forward, thus obtaining an area free from airborne dust and noise.
