ALICANTE BUILDING

The ALICANTE Building is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the district of Miraflores, on Calle San Fernando, a tree-lined street with pretty façades and very close to Melitón Porras park. The building features a modern architectural design, outstanding interior distribution and first-rate finishes. The closures chosen for this project were Thermia AF52 aluminium windows, Thermia CF31 for screens to access the balcony and terraces and Thermia CF26 for smaller sliding closures.
