HOW TO REQUEST THE DELETION OF YOUR DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have written to us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp, you can ask us to delete the information we have obtained that way. The procedure is free of charge and you only need to request it, without having to give a reason. The same procedure applies to any data you have provided to us through the website, by telephone or by email.<\/p>\n

How to request it<\/h3>\n

You have two options:<\/p>\n

  1. By email.<\/strong> Write to contacto@thermiabarcelona.com<\/a> with the subject “Data deletion”. Tell us which channel you used to write to us (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp) and the profile name or telephone number you used, so that we can find the conversation.<\/li>\n
  2. From the same conversation.<\/strong> Write “I want you to delete my data” in the Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp chat where you talked to us. A member of the team will confirm the request in that same conversation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We may ask you for some additional information if we need it to check that the request is made by you.<\/p>\n

    What happens next<\/h3>\n

    1. Within a maximum of 5 working days we will confirm receipt and give you a reference number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. With that number you can check the status of your request at any time by writing to contacto@thermiabarcelona.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    3. Once the deletion has been completed, we will confirm it through the same channel you used to request it. The maximum period is one month from the request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
